Rationale: Toy Story was the first feature-length film by production company Pixar to use computer animation for the entire movie and the fact that new technology was being used shows. Movement by the characters isn’t as fluid as it should be and fine detail, like textured fur, is missing on some toys. Who cares though? Toy Story has a rich voice cast, lead by Tom Hanks and Tim Allen, and a fun story with an important lesson about embracing change instead of being afraid of it and fighting it. Toy Story is easily one of the best Pixar films to date and arguably one of the greatest animated movies of all time.
